About Surpass
Claire O’Callaghan is Founder and Managing Director of Surpass Business Consulting. She has over 25 years of experience spanning the entire value chain -strategic business development, finance, manufacturing, IT, HR, operations, procurement, marketing/sales and customer relationships.
She has a demonstrated expertise in working with people, complex issues and advanced technologies. Her significant problem solving skills incorporate an uncommon mix of business, process, and technical understanding aided by outstanding people and relationship skills. Claire has conducted contemporary research over the past few years in the area of psychological loss (death, divorce/separation) and coping mechanisms and is running workshops throughout Ireland in this field. She is currently writing a book on Coping With Loss Using Emotional Intelligence.
Claire is a Mentor and Advisor with the Fingal Country Enterprise Board in their new Tech Check initiative.
